IJMIE is committed to maximizing the discoverability and citation of the research it publishes. As a newly established journal (first volume 2026), the journal is working toward inclusion in the major citation and discovery databases while ensuring its metadata meets their technical requirements from the outset.
This page states the journal's indexing status transparently. Do not claim coverage in a database until inclusion is officially confirmed — indexers and readers verify these claims, and false claims are grounds for rejection. Update the status column below as applications progress.

How We Support Indexing
- Complete article-level metadata (Google Scholar citation tags, Dublin Core and OAI-PMH) for every article, with Crossref deposit once DOI registration is active.
- Persistent identifiers: ORCID iDs for authors, and Crossref DOIs for articles once registration is active.
- Rigorous, documented double-anonymous peer review.
- Adherence to COPE publication ethics and transparent journal policies.
- Regular, on-schedule bi-monthly publication and long-term digital preservation.
