Roles & Responsibilities

• Editor-in-Chief — holds overall responsibility for the journal's editorial content, scientific quality, editorial standards, and final decisions on submitted manuscripts.
• Associate Editors — support the Editor-in-Chief in managing peer review, coordinating reviewers, evaluating manuscripts within their areas of expertise, and recommending editorial decisions.
• Editorial Board Members — provide subject-matter expertise, participate in peer review, advise on the journal's scope and development, and contribute to the journal's academic and international visibility.

Appointment & Terms

Editorial Board members are appointed by the Editor-in-Chief and publisher based on their academic qualifications, research experience, scholarly contributions, and subject expertise. Board membership is reviewed periodically to maintain active participation and appropriate disciplinary and geographic representation.

Editorial Independence & Conflicts of Interest

Editors and Editorial Board members are expected to maintain editorial independence and disclose and manage any potential conflicts of interest. Editors recuse themselves from handling manuscripts where they have a competing interest. Editorial decisions are based on the scientific quality, originality, relevance, and ethical standards of submitted research and are not influenced by commercial interests, advertisers, or funding sources.
